Troubleshooting 404 Page Not Found error for Bundles
If you're encountering a 404 Page Not Found error on your bundle pages, it could be caused by one of the following issues. Here's how to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
Bundle Product is in Draft Status
A bundle product set to "Draft" status will not be accessible on the storefront.
Steps to Resolve:
- Go to your Bundle Configuration Page in Bundly.
- Click on More Actions -> View in Products.
- Check the product status:
- If it’s set to Draft, change it to Active.
Bundle is Not Published to the Online Store
If your bundle is not published to the Online Store, it won’t be visible to your customers.
Steps to Resolve:
- Go to your Bundle Configuration Page in Bundly.
- Click on More Actions -> View in Products.
- Ensure the product is published to the Online Store sales channel:
- If it’s not, toggle the setting to publish it.
Bundle is Not Added to the Market
Your bundle must be included in the appropriate market to be displayed in that region.
Steps to Resolve:
- Go to Settings -> Markets in your Shopify admin.
- Select the market where you’re seeing the error.
- Under Products and pricing, ensure the bundle product is included in the market:
- If it’s missing, add it to the market.
